As our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, certain characteristics associated with this manufacturing process may be visible.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before production begins. However, cancellation may not be possible once production has started, subject to your applicable legal rights.

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be subject to specific legal exceptions concerning cancellation and withdrawal rights.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. Temporary tracking delays do not necessarily mean that a parcel has stopped moving.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
